Perm athletes won eight awards at the Russian Championship in Kettlebell Sport.

The Russian Championship among juniors concluded in Oryol. Competitors were kettlebell athletes aged 19-23 years. In total, 200 athletes from 35 regions of Russia participated in the competition.
Perm athletes brought eight awards to their region's collection: four gold, three silver, and one bronze medal.
Danil Sirazetdinov became the best in exercises such as kettlebell long cycle jerk, kettlebell jerk, and kettlebell snatch. Anna Popova won a gold medal in solo juggling. Silver medals were awarded to Ilya Zuev (kettlebell long cycle jerk), Ruslan Utev (kettlebell jerk), and Vadim Shvetsov and Konstantin Azanov (pair juggling). Vadim Shvetsov also won a bronze medal in solo juggling.
According to the city committee for physical culture and sports, as a result of their performances, the Perm Krai team secured three spots for the World Championship in India. The competitions are scheduled for October 1-6, 2026.
